Como assim? O Mundo não é gerado automaticamente depois de criar o Personagem? Tem Seed?
Ata, então o mundo e o char são separados, só trocar os arquivos.
Pensei que era semelhante ao Minecraft, só que ao inverso.
No Minecraft criamos o mundo e o personagem vem unico qunado logamos.
Vlw.
I think you can change files from the folder, but ingame, normaly, you can't.
You can't separete Character from World, you can't delete Character and keep the World or delete the World and keep the Character, both are linked.
You can salve the world file from the folder, delete the character, create a new character and trade the new world file from the old one, you will have a new character in a old world. With that you probably can change character and keep the world from the files as well.
Starbound everything is separate. You can use your character throughout the universe. The same universe. At least if playing single player.
When making character, it selects a world within your universe according to a universe seed; which only can be changed outside game by 3rd party means. Everybody should have the same Universe seed. The coordinates is the thing to pay attention to when travel planet to planet.
Type those coordinates in and you will arrive at your other character's position in the universe.
You see "Lush" planets around every gentle star? Those planets are the ones that have possible spot a new character could end up at the beginning of the game.
One thing you are correct on, is that it only loads/saves those planets once you land/beam down to them. It will not save entire planet by going to them, that will happen when you explore planet below, but the file will be created for that planet to add what is explored/modified. So basically yes it will create the planet you start your new character on.
I don't really know what language you speak, as I only know english unfortunately. I just hope I explained well enough. :)
Multiplayer is more or less using the universe of the Host, or server. So you can join with any character, unless server restricts it somehow. Which is a whole other thing on its' own.
Thanks, I could understand =)
I thougth it was the same as Minecraft.
"The world" is about 812401294012481 billion of them in your universe, and you can go to any of them. All of your characters play in the same universe, and if anyone joins you in multiplayer, in your universe, they will be playing with your worlds, too.
Glad I could elaborate. :)
