how to breathe under water

i have read the wikis and they say i have to beat Dreadwing the Penguin to build Robotic Crafting Table. I did but where do i build that table i have upgraded all my crafting stations so far that i need durasteel for more upgrades

Go to your very first anvil and open the last tab there. Craft that backpack and you can breath everywhere :)

Are you sure you equipped it in the right slot? There is a slot for cosmetics and a slot for the real equipment

Make sure you are not putting it in the cosmetic slot.
Most users do that by accident.

yea ok got it, thx. "space suit backpack" was an item i found somehwere and its useless..."Breating EPP" was the item i have crafted but didnt put on

That's not it. The space suit backpack is a cosmetic item you found in the erchius mining facility. It does nothing.

You need to craft the EBB or whatever item at the forge.
