I use Hamachi with friends so they can join, and just copy my ip from there. Then I go to the Starbound launcher and run "Launch Starbound Server" You can't close the cmd, or else it won't owrk. Then you go to multiplayer, put in your ip, and give it to anyone you want joining, and that's it.
to join a server hosted on your own PC, you need your internal network IP, which is different from your internet IP, as for how to find that, if of course all this exists on windows 10, if it doesen't you'll have to do some googleing, lol
1. Click on the Start menu and type cmd. When you see the cmd applications in Start menu panel, click it or just press enter.
2. A command line window will open. Type ipconfig and press enter.
3. You'll see a bunch of information, but the line you want to look for is "IPv4 Address."
