It says that Philanthropist and Socialite unique Tenants always evolve into Tailors.
Same method as those in settlements. Do their quests until they become Crew members. Merchants and "catch pet" type quests exluded.
So you could always do /admin then do /spawnnpc human crewmembertailor and then use /admin to get out of cheat mode. Now that you know this, your life is ruined. Go forget it now.
Second: The tailor crew member can only change clothes of your crew and thats it. There is nothing really that useful about them so wasting my time just for nothing seems unneccesary (Yes, I am a fashion ♥♥♥ in most games)
I am not planning on using cheats at all.
How is my life ruined just because I know a cheat?
