After Muliplayer, finished Quests, but Shops still Closed :/

In Mulitplayer Game the shops after finishes Quest open. But back in Singleplayer the Shops still closed. But there is no Quest to open the Shops in Singleplayer too. Please Help :D

I'm assuming you are joining into someone elses universe when you say in mutiplayer game.

Your universe is differnt from theirs, You can cause these shops to open via beating the story missions in your universe, And completing the teddy bear quest for ursa-miner.

You don't have to do the "quests" again, just revisit the missions in your SAIL and beat the bosses.

You can use commands to unlock the outpost's shops

you have to do the erchius mining facility again for the shops to open :)
