Radiation FU

I have instaled Frackin Universe in my starbound world and am on the avian artifact mission but i cant complete it as i get radiation whenever i go on a radiation planet. i have radiation EPP II but i it dosent help at all. i have tried traveling very far to other stars but still, it dosent work
i need help as i have limmited health with radiation and cannot scan artefacts needed for the mission. please suggest fixes. THanks! :)

the radiation EPP II desc says that it can resist moderate radiation and please explain what FR is cause im not really sure what that is. sorry for any inconvinience

FU has TWO levels of radiation. Moderate and Severe. You need EXTRA protection for Severe radiation. Exactly what, I don't know, as I don't use FU.

Radiation EPP III will be what you want to use for planets with severe radiation. Try looking around for resources you can use to make gear and/or consumables that will protect you from radiation too. The more, the better.
