i am stuck on the home planet as i have completed every quest but can not do any thing with my ship as all planets exept my own are "undesovered" and i cant even go near them all i have are quordinates (if it helps i also have only frakin universe instaled)

Assuming your progress has the engines fixed, you should be able to move to any planet within the star system you're in free of fuel cost. Just right click the world and your ship should begin traveling to it. Only time you'll need fuel is when you're going to another star system. You should invest in doing all the quests you can at the outpost (Which you should have unlocked by that point) as those will help your ship get back into proper full working mode.

When you arrive at a planet you've yet to visit, it's 'undiscovered' will turn into the details for that world.
