any way to make planet chunks load faster on heavily modded characters ?

i downloaded a random steam workshop collection (troubled waters +) and i have progressed far through the game, however i have started running into a issue with planet chunks not loading fast enough (3 seconds per chunk at times), are there any mods or hidden settings that can help with this problem ?

(i have been considering overclocking my i7 8700k from 4.7ghz to 5ghz however i don't know if it will improve the games performance much)
