Why do you want them? There was a mod (not on steam) that included enhanced bustlines for the vanilla races. I don't think it's been updated since 1.1 or so. And it looked horrible. Did your mother not breast feed you as a child that gives you this fixation?

No idea why you want something like that. Especially when it won't look right on a lot of outfits that use the normal character shape. It isn't perfect, but Skittles did make a mod based on your wish.
