Which means you make more money with the refineries per unit... but at a slower rate of transfer.

But at least the Refinery will continue to work even with the interface closed once you get it going (until you leave the location), so you can run a Refinery array if you really want to process ores quickly.

When you have hundreds of ores and hundreds of bars, and you like to buy many expensive things

Just store those bars and use it as building materials. No point in selling it. You never know when those 200 iron bars may come in handy when building another base.
