Im a carnivore on starbound and I dont know how to get a stable supply of meat. Is there a way to make a "meat farm"? And are there any plants or other foods besides the cans that I can eat?

Chickens, get a few of them and use their eggs to make food. Sell your extra ones.

Getting a bow and roaming your starter planet a little is easy way to get a packful of meat. Only meat (fish) based foods will give you buff after all. Plant that give meat (meatvine) is not exactly early-game, so you have to get by.
Also, anything with honey, milk, cheese, eggs, boneboo or eggshoot seem to be safe for carnivores to eat.

fu has meatvine and aggressive bees that produce meat.. might be other mods that add just that if you dont want fu

I only play Starbound vanilla and my meat reserves are 1000000%,

Simply get a bow and kill animals.
Also collect potatoes, rice and other crops while scavanging planets.

Take fire with you and cook.
