Uncap FPS?
Looks like my FPS is capped at 60, how do I unlock the frame rate? I play on a 144Hz monitor and 60fps looks... stiff.

Disable Vsync in NVIDIA control panel, it might help.

the game has its own scuffed version of vsync that ignores nvidia control panel, i believe the games engine is hard capped to 62

I have a GTX 960 4GB lol. Maybe the game is more CPU bound?

I've disabled the game's vsync in the config file. Still locked at 62 fps.

Disable also the Vsync in NVIDIA control panel.

Same card here, game runs mostly fine. I have an 8350, which copes fine mostly, though I've been noticing a bit of stutter in some locations that were fine, so it looks like performance starts getting a bit worse as you continue playing.

i9-9900k @ 5.0 GHz, I know it's way outta league for my GPU but I'm waiting for the Supers.

I get stutter as well, especially when beaming down (admittedly this is probably a disguised loading screen) and, more weirdly, jumping. Yes - jumping will give me stutters after a few hours of play.

Well ♥♥♥♥, I guess it must be that time to upgrade....to an octacore CPU like yours!

Yeah I'm also waiting for the Supers too, kinda holding out for either the ROG Matrix 2080Ti or wait for Super 2080Ti to see if that beats the Matrix.... a K|ngP|n would work here too, but dunno if that beats a Super 2080Ti or not even with it's guaranteed 2GHz OC...hence waiting...lol

Agreed, I also tried this to see if I could break that 62 fps at the main menu, no dice....unless there's another way of removing the fps cap?

Alright, so no way to uncap the fps it seems. I trawled through some settings files, turned off vsync and freesync on my panel, control panel, and in the game.

No solution. Highest I ever got was 62 fps, as others have. Buddy of mine has a 2070 and also gets 62.

I'm guessing the fps is hardcapped due to the game's sprite animations. Having the fps go higher could disrupt the syncronization of their animations, so the game hardcapped the framerate to prevent this.

the problem with the 60 fps lock is that my mouse isnt the same speed as my desktops mouse since i have 240hz and the mouse in game looks choppy and laggy as ♥♥♥♥ in comparison i wish there was some way to overwrite the in game mouse with the one on my desktop

You got it in one. Due to the fact that it's not animated polygons but sprites, the frame lock is so they synch correctly. Just something you're going to have to work with.
