Frackin races X'i Radien help required.

I am currently playin Xi race and I cannot find the bulbs required to craft my racial stuff anywhere , any specification where the planet to find them is?

You need to use the Xi racial Ability, you can obtain it using the Racial Ability Tool which you can craft from your hand for 1 Pixel, if you dont have the ability to craft it, you must have some sort of an incompatibility.
