Cooling/Heating EPP resource question

Where do I first go to get Ferozium, Violium and Aegisalt ore for the creation of these packs. I already know you can find these on the planets the packs were meant to protect your character from, but it seems silly to have to die multiple times to attempt to acquire the resources for the upgrades.

if you look at the Environmental Protection Pack progression, each new EPP will require the previous tier EPP + materials found in the planet tiers the previous EPP served.

Cooling EPP requires:

CRAFTING STATION
Replicator
INGREDIENTS
1 Heating EPP
2 Refined Aegisalt
2 Refined Ferozium
2 Refined Violium
1 Battery
1 Cryonic Extract

the above are stuff found on tier5 planets where you need a Heating EPP (previous tier)

Heating EPP requires:

CRAFTING STATION
Replicator
INGREDIENTS
1 Radiation EPP
6 Durasteel Bar
1 Battery
1 Scorched Core
