What equipment would you recommend for the Erchius Mining Facility quest?

I'm having a lot of trouble there.

Equipment isn't really needed. Can you please explain exactly what part of the level you are having trouble on so I can give you a higher quality of assitance?

I'm having trouble with almost every part of it. I just made myself a full set of Puddle equipment and some iron weapons.

I'm having trouble with almost every part of it. I just made myself a full set of Puddle equipment and some iron weapons.

So, all you really need is decent dodging skills and a decent-to-poor sniper class gun. Bum rush any of those lesser red guys so you can nail a sword combo on them before they can attack, then back off. Then hit them with another combo when the attack is done to finish them off. Skip all the stronger erchius miners except the 1st one you encounter and the last one right before the falling parkour (If you don't kill this one he can knock you off the ledge). For the boss, learn his attacks and while you are dodging around the room hitting the buttons use your gun to take out the spawned minions so they don't kill you when you are going for that cannon shot. By far his hardest attack is the dual pinwheel (second) attack, so after this you should be good. Also you can use the gun on the stronger erchius miner guys to help in killing them.

Also, check all of those crates. Some of them have bandages in them, which is a enormous help if you screw up on the boss or greater minions.

Try find a massive hammer with blink thingy special, works wonders. One shots those pink basterds ... or i was extremely lucky to get one in the underground before i got to that point heh

The chances of getting one of those are fairly low, this would probably take a couple hours.
On my first run i died because of a stupid jump but the second run I won with just 5 bandages, a trashy sword, and a decent sniper.

You can also wreck the mission naked, with a mess of throwing spears and bandages. Don't forget to get the movement techs; they help more than armor.
