Can't get mech quest

On one of my characters, I finished the test drive and parts and labour quests,,and the next one I need to do is the Penguin Weaponry Testing Site. On another character, I don't yethave a mech and the only quest Akaggy is giving is the weaponry testing thing. I tried /failquest but it said "Exception caught handling client command /failquest penguinweaponrytestingsite. Yes, I was in admin mode. Please help.

1. Does both characters/savefiles still exist?
   
2. When did you create the first character?
   
3. Can you even access the Mech-Station with your second character?

Ok I looked up the Wiki and it says, that the missions got following IDs:

1. Test Drive -> mechunlock
   
2. Parts and Labour -> mechupgrade1
   
3. Penguin Weaponry Testing Site -> penguin2

So, try to enter:
/admin
/failquest penguin2
/failquest mechupgrade1
/failquest mechunlock

After that the Mech Quest should be startable at Dr. Akaggy again.
