How do i attract human merchants? And fps issue in some areas

I know you have to put human themed objects but like how many do i put? Do i just need a human bed and chest or something?
I heard USMC Bunker stuff is good but idk what i need like beds or chests or what?
Also, i usually get a steady 58 fps but when i'm in snowstorms and things similar to that i get 30 fps which i really dont like, how can i fix this?

To attract any particular tenant, you usually need three pieces of furniture that they like. USCM prison furniture (or bunker furniture if you have the mod that adds it back in) works. Mining furniture should also work. You just have to add the extra stuff required for a merchant. (Might be a table and crate?)

As to FPS with weather, you might need a mod to disable weather.
