Deleting WHOLE player-made space stations?
I was wondering if it is possible to completely remove an entire space station that was made by the player. It would also be nice if someone could tell me if I can remove individual pieces.

It's not possible to remove individual pieces, but it is possible to delete the station by deleting the corresponding file in your game directory.

Does it remove the icon in the navigation console?

No, deleting the station file only resets the station to its newly-created state. Deleting the station entirely requires a full universe reset as far as I'm aware.
