where to buy cooling EPP?

Is there a place where I can buy cooling EPP early in the game? or any other EPP?

You need to craft it AFAIK.

arg :/ , I need a replicator then to make one right? very hard to get the crafting parts...
But to avoid heat damage on desert planets is it a a cooling device that I need? Or are there other ways to protect myself from the sun?

Wait. You shouldn't be getting heat damage on desert planets...

strange ... I thought so ... I probably confused it with something else probably ... then what does the heat during day do on desert planets?

why are you useing with fracin' universe when you don't know how to get an epp? thats like playing with a drill as a toddler!

hey guys, it's not a big deal and I don't feel insulted :) I know how to craft a EPP more or less but I was wondering if there was another way, I wasn't asking it very clearly after all. Have a nice day ;)
