Change zoom out in map mode

This NEEDS to be fixed, in map mode when viewing a system you cannot move to a planet on the very edge of the screen due to the zoom out. the zoom out needs to be farther out from the system or you should be able to pan and zoom within system map

actually pan and zoom within system map is probably better cause there are planets whose orbit goes out side the screen. or make the actual screen larger so more can be shown

While it is possible to "select" the planet anyways if you travel to it I agree, the change in making right click no longer the zoom-out button and then making it end up like this is a serious design flaw.

I wonder if the fixed FTL fuel cost is also one or just "ah screw cheap near system travelling" being a thing now : (

1.3.1 Fix some systems not zooming out far enough in nav and planets going out of view

for me nothing changed half system and bigger planets with a view orbiting objects are still "hidden" so "fake-fix"
