Could Someone Get Me A Command That Adds A Speed Effect To Amor?

Lets face it the amor is somewhat boring by itself but I don't want to take the small chance of messing up my game with mods and I know it is posible to add effects such as augment powers to armor but I have no darn clue how to use those kinds of commands. (and also I would like the armor to be the perfect set but if you can't do that I'll try to do it myself)

No one will make you specific custom stuff sadly. If you want something you have to make it yourself. If your interested I highly suggest you start by unpacking the games assets and watching some of this guys videos:

He has many admin codes for custom items that are what you are looking for and then some. If you want to learn I highly suggest backing up your own game then reading and experimenting by trail and error with his codes.

I could easily make you what you want but you'll never learn. Making your own custom stuff is the ♥♥♥♥ after all. Gives you a feeling of satisfaction.

also there is a specific server that is one of the most popular ones that deals heavily in custom stuff.

There are many videos with many codes. Explore the channel. Everything from custom pets to armor and weapons.

I'm not going to waste my time sifting through a channel's videos and then learning a command I'm only going to use twice...

Well I would say ask someone who mods nicely and see if they are willing to help you. With that kind of attitude though, you apparently can't be bothered to even help yourself, and it shows. I highly doubt anyone will be willing to help you if you can't stop being a whiny ♥♥♥♥♥ and do it yourself.

I do understand where you are comming from with the ''I'm not going to help you because you need to learn it'' but I just don't understand where that applies to a command that most likely will take more than a few hours to learn just to use once or twice.

You probably could have figured it out in the 18 hours you've been waiting for an answer. Just sayin'.

He gave a you a direction to learn how to do this, once you learn it you can do all sorts of neat stuff.

Personally I only ever custom colored my armor (you can change any individual pixel color to any other color you want! Much more than dyes can do), that was a blast once I figured it out. Been a while since I made anything though.

there is a mod on the workshop which allows you to place augments in armors and since speed augments exist you could use that mod to apply the status effects you want
