stuck inside hylotl airlock

i went into one of the little underwater cities, and while i was leaving the airlock door closed on me, making me stuck inside the door itself. is the only way out to wait until i starve to death? I can't reach any of the control buttons, i can't jump or crouch out of it, i'm too far down to beam up, and my manipulator cannot break the door.

type /admin command in the chat bar that will let you teleport back to your ship, after that type /admin again to turn it off
