Character Player Models

I was curious, is there a way to change what the Campaign's characters look like for example, change Bradley to look like a Iraqi Soldier, or Foley to look like a Multiplayer Russian Sniper.

yes, you can pick either SAS or Delta Force, they both wear different clothes but however though, the change is not only Cosmetic, it also changes their proficiencys as well

No your not getting what i'm saying. I'm talking as in making them different than just SAS and Delta Force, I want to change the Player Model into like the Spetsnaz in MP or a Iraqi Soldier from Campaign.
