Post 1 Jan 2024 support?

I saw on the store page that Steam wont support anything prior to Windows 10, but the current version says Windows XP/Vista. Is there any plans for support going forward? This game was FUNDAMENTAL and I'd like to be able to have it in playable format.

Well actually, I've run this game on Windows 11 as well, my buddy played it on Windows 8.1.
To make the game work stably it is necessary in short - download a program that limits fps in the game and on any operating system will go.
If they would do on this game remaster or somehow revitalized would be ...

UPD: Desirable FPS limit: 60-80, as comfortable.
