Program: 3D-Analyze 2.34 Download: No links, search 3D Analyze 2.34 and look for a trusted download site. I used 3dfxzone.it
1) Download the program, it does not need to be installed. Unzip the file it comes in (Dont run it from inside the
archive!)
2) On the first screen you should see two large buttons on the left hand side with orange numbers next to them.
Click the "SELECT" button and choose the "DesertStorm.exe" from your installation folder.
IMPORTANT: Choose the game's .exe file, NOT the "Launch Conflict - Desert Storm" program that's also in the
folder.
3) On the left hand side of the application's window, below the two buttons and the logo, you should see two blank
text boxes with "VendorID" and "DeviceID" next to them.
In the box to the left of VendorID, enter "4318" without the quotes.
In the box to the left of DeviceID, enter "592" without the quotes.
This may not be the only graphics card that works, probably not even the best, but this is one of the default cards
I know works, you guys can experiment all you want, but so far I am just glad I got all this to work.
4) Now in the center of the application window near the top you will see a large group of checkboxes with the title
"DirectX 8.1 and 9.0 Options".
Under the section "Hardware Limits (cap bits)", check the box that says emulate "HW TnL caps".
5) Click the "RUN" buttion on the left hand side of the application window. Your game should run, you might notice
some performance hits, but the floating bug will no longer be an issue and gravity should work as intended.
