Perhaps they need calibration or maybe a potmeter is dirty and doesn't register movement correctly.
Out of intetest, does the TC level have to change if driving in the get real or ameteur modes?
TC 1 is full TC and TC 6 is off. You can change the parameters for every TC level individually. I don't know if that is also possible for cars, who normally don't have TC (change TC parameter).
I would say you don't have to change the TC when driving with get real or amateur. In competition for a fast lap I drive between TC 3/4. During the race I stay on 1. Pros I see are staying on 6, I think.
sorry mate I forget that steam has notifications, but if you haven't found it, it's under the electronics tab of the vehicle tuning dashboard, which you'll find when you're loaded up (idk if you can make tunes in the menus outside of a game)
