If you actually got the game, put DSFix on (all you really needed is to modify the settings at the top, like four lines...) and Wulf's Dark Souls Connectivity mod is a separate executable THAT AUTOMATICALLY CONNECTS YOU. So these fixes are entirely easy. Being that you played the other games, this is clearly no exception. If you choose not to buy it then don't however it's unethical to hate a game you didn't even bother to actually play.

But without doubt it will give a slightly different experience to new people who isn't familiar with dark souls and not familiar to modding if they want to experience dark souls 1

Aside from this, Dark Souls PTDE is literally my favorite game of the franchise. I hope this lives up to it's expectations. Hopefully multiplayer will be nicer without people using cheat engine to modify their weapons in the last game. Assuming that of Dark Souls II & III, it SHOULD have that same security. First thing I'm going to do, go kick the ass of Havel, get his ring, the knight armor next to the Hydra, HOPEFULLY get a Black Knight halberd, and then work my way up to create my Mid-Roll tank like I always do. Although starting out is gonna be a bit annoying if I don't get some decent rare drops haha. Everyone stay safe out there in Lordran, and be sure to kick that crestfallen ass off a cliff for me and I'll do one back for ya.

@Ennai They didn't update the graphics engine, it's still the same exact engine and game, Skyrim was updated to a newer version of the Gamebryo engine and wasn't just a texture enhancement though it wasn't a great remaster, srill better than this one though.

played the network test version on xbox one.......booooo pre-ordered from microsoft(cause i could never get any valid up to date info from steam) now we all await the huge disappointment, from what looks like the euro-release of ds1........fromsoft what a farce
