why cant i upgrade +11 balder side sword i have 5 titanite chunks

i did and pretty sure that in order to go from +10 to +11 you already have to have all those things the sword is +11 i have everything i need and not getting the option

well cause modify is only going from one ember tier to the next, afterwards it's not longer used and does it the standard way.
