A complete guide to poise, as well as it's breakpoints

First, before we get onto the list and figures I'll begin by explaining what poise is and what exactly it does for you. Poise is a value in game that increases your ability to resist being staggered or stun-locked as an effect of taking hits from opponents. The higher your poise, the higher your resistance to this effect. The common poise breakpoints, and what they are used to circumvent are as follows:


First number = 1 handed
Second number = 2 handed

However these values will only save you from 1 hit. If you are hit again before your "poise bar" empties completely you will be stunned.









Below is the compendium of gear, as well as unit weight that will hit the breakpoints and still be able to fast roll, this list will assume you have
A.) Ring of Favor and Protection Equipped
B.) At LEAST 40 endurance
C.) Wolf Ring Equipped

Assuming all 3 of these points are followed you have EXACTLY 24 units on your build that you can play with and gear your character as you see fit.

Keep in mind that this these values are assumed you are starting off as either a:
Starting Class | (Soul level with 40 end)
1: Pyromancer | (30)
2: Bandit | (30)
3: Warrior | (32)

Will update the list as needed, this is subject to change as more combinations are found and is meant to be a basic starting list so that the reader may better understand what poise is and how it can influence combat.

You can't fast roll in full havels with a wolf ring.
