How to slide down Ladders? + How to see your own Indictions

Well, we all know the keyboard controls are kinda messed up, but how do you acutally slide down ladders? I do not own a controller, so I kinda have to e.g. climb the ladder to Kalameet down... That sucks... A lot, I'd also like to know, how often I've gotten indicted, because I'm dealing with a lot of pvp. I just say it because some people just don't understand it:
I - do - not - own - a - controller! (The Keyboard configuration also gives no clue how to slide ladders down or see your indictions)
Any help is appreciated.

Well on a controller, sliding down ladders is B, which is also the same button used to run and to roll. Try whatever key that may be. As for indictments, that really shouldn't matter much at all, but if you really want to know go get a book of the guilty from Oswald of Carim.

Press spacebar to slide down. Hold spacebar to run then hit it again to jump. Also works as dodge.

Can't see your own sin with KB+M. The key for that is map to right click, but right click is also for exiting menu, so we are screwed.

Oh well, I am already involved in pvp, do you really think I didn't knew that I can buy the book at Oswald? :D
