Where can I buy magic and stuff?

Where can I buy magic buffs for my weapon and like that stuff where it tracks people and shoots at them and like soul arrows? I see everybody on youtube with them where can I get that type of stuff?

You need to save the sorcerer in the Undead Burg Residence area for Sorcery... Also, sen's fortress you need to save Logan for higher up spell casting:)

There is a sorcerer blacksmith that you can get to as soon as you reach Firelink. He is below the fire, take the elevator, go down the stairs and look for an undead that is laying along a cliff. Next to him is a short set of stairs that go down to a jail cell.

This is the only blacksmith that can make Enchanted or Magic weapons that scale with your Int stat. He will need ember's though to max Magic +6-10 and make Echanted +5 at all iirc.

It is good to know if you plan to use magic as he is there, ready and waiting to sell you the catalyst and first few spells as soon as you have the souls to spend.

After you get what you can from this guy you later you can free both of the other sorcerers that sell some higher level stuff, one you have to free more than once to get to the really good stuff.

The newer spells (dark magic) are found in Oolicile but that is quite a bit later, good to keep in mind as well though.

I have saved this guy yet whenever I talk to him he always says he is busy or something and I can't buy anything from him.

You have to have a certain amount of Int or he won't sell you anything as you cannot use it.

You need 10 INT before you can buy from Griggs. Logan requires 15 INT.
