Anyone willing to trade a Dark Wood Grain Ring? I forgot to kill Shiva's bodyguard before I left the forest hunters and I really don't want to rejoin them because I'm already +3 in Path of the Dragon. Really want this ring though.

Doesn't Shiva and his bodyguard go back to the forest and stay there after you betray the forest hunters? I remember trying to kill Shiva and his bodyguard with a low level character but got stunlocked and killed by Shiva, but, to my surprise, got a second chance when I went back to the forest after I went through Anor Londo and such.

IIRC, you can only seee Shiva when u're in the covenant. If you ever talk to him, he'll move to Blighttown and will stay there even after you leave the covenant and join again.

Except when you attack him you are kicked from the covenant, and I know for a fact he wasn't in Blightown after he killed me, and was in the forest afterwards.

I didn't attack him to break the covenant. He only relocates to Darkroot Garden if you attack him and fail to kill him to break it. I just swapped covenants so he disappeared.
