Prowling Demon in Lost Izalith dont Respawn

Hi guys, i need Demon-Titanite, but the prowling demon in Lost izalith doesnt respawn. Have a Idea why? btw. im in new game+ and killed him first time few minutes ago.

and the one of the bridge is the only one in lost izalith right?

Make a loading screen transition (die / homeward) and rest at a bonfire. If it still doesnt respawn, try to restart the game (and rest at a bonfire)
And yes, the titanite demon is on the bridge between the shortcut Chaos door and Bed of Chaos fog gate / trap floor

hmm thats weird,im not positive but yeah i think its the only one in lost izalith,the one on the shortcut bridge is what im assuming you're refering to,
