Key for Cell on bottom floor of Duke Archives?

This might be a newb question, but where is this key? i have 3 different keys but they are all used for other doors, i been all over the place but couldn't find it anywhere.

Leave the prison and make your way back to the actual archives. Progress normally until you find the room with a bunch of chests. The chests contain the channeler set, crystal ember, enchanted falchion, and the key you need. Then you can backtrack to the prison and open the door.

hmm i think i know which room you mean, i do have the items you describe, just not certain about the key, thx i will go there and see if i missed something.

One of the chests is semi-hidden behind a bookcase. I don't remember if that's the one with the key though.

No, that's the crystal ember chest. They key chest is right next to the stairs.

Found it, somehow i missed that chest while it's not hidden, time and time again o.O oh well..., the reason i wanted this key was to free the NPC there, but guess what... in the room next to the chests room, he was sitting there?!
How did he get out of his cell lol, time to check his cell now ^^

lmao i hated the dukes so much the dlc is amazing tho i love it havnt played it on pc yet but have beaten it multiple times on the xbox is this game still alive by which i mean pvp on PC ?

Yes, pvp is very much alive. There are some differences to the console version though. High sl pvp hub now is Oolacile Township instead of Burg and Kiln. There are still fights in those locations though. I've heard that standard sl for high lvl duel right now is somewhere around 100, not 120. Best sl for invasion is around 50. My sl 55 mage could pretty much invade everywhere.

100 and 55 odd SL 120 is the place to be on xbox but thats so u can get your an build specs to 40 like dex and stamina but thats cool when i get it ill be playing at 100 i guess dex build is my fav same with console pvp is Oolacile Township ive got 2 SL 120 on xbox 1 dex build and the other strngth my str build is amazing
