When you create the character you should take him to max level by farming the Phalanx in the Painted World. It will take umm....a while, but maybe when you finish the next chapter of Berserk is released!

you dont see your face much anyway so i never bothered with it, either a hood or just always looking at the back of my head made it not worthwile
