What about your dex? If you already raised str, you should go +15. If you 2hand a lot, you should start adding dex now.

+5 lightning zwei has 650 AR, if you get more with twohanding on a quality build, go for +15.

Elemental damage is actually lower than listed because it's reduced by resists twice.

i know, but AR is the only thing he can actually look at. and against most enemies, lighting does about the same dmg, at least on my STR build. also, most armor ppl wear in pvp doesnt have much lightning resist, so its quite viable, same goes for SLB.

If you already have 28 str, go +15. Otherwise those 4 levels in str are wasted, unless you will be using the str for something else.
Get some dex as well, the zweihander scales with both!
As bloodyfish said, split damage weapons will pretty much ALWAYS be weaker than their pure physical counterparts, if you go 40 str/dex.
