Accidently consumed a Fire Keeper soul :/ Should I restart?

I wasn't paying attention and now i'm going to miss out on +'ing my flask. I just went through Anor Londo and i don't have any + to my flask right now and I have no idea if I missed a firekeeper soul somewhere this far..

You should have obtained 2 souls prior to Anor Londo.

1. Behind the tower knight in the church (first bell)
2. In Blighttown (the area with a million blowdart guys and dogs, behind a grate; it's not along the main path)

Missing an upgrade on your estus isn't the end of the world, I wouldn't restart just because of it, I often forget to give them to firekeepers until very late in the game.
