How do i make hellkite dragon reappear?

walk back out to the entrance where he first attacked you on the bridge. Turning back around and running towards the stairs will make him reappear. He always flies away when you get to the bonfire underneath him (use it).

No, only temporarily. Imagine it like this: Sitting at the bonfire makes him leave to make a sandwich. The whole "Turning back and running towards the stairs" bit makes him come back from his sandwich break.

Only way to get rid of him forever is to kill him until he dies.

I have another problem now.he came back and i killed him and i didnt get drake sword?

Drake Sword is gained by cutting the tail off, not by killing him.

You have to do enough damage to the tail specifically to get the sword. Since you killed him, you can't get the sword. Basically, if you see any enemy with a tail, try to damage it. You'll most likely get a weapon.

If you want it for Knight's Honor, another player dropping you one is still valid.

If you want one for actual use, it is a horrible weapon by NG+, so many weapons are vastly superior.
