I'm stuck with dragon head please help me i don't want to lose my save...

It sounds like you're dealing with a glitch. All the dragonoid parts are supposed to disappear when you die. I don't know how to get rid of it though, sorry.

God ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ damnit now i have to start a whole new game -.- i think its because i finished the game with dragon head and i entered ng+ with the dragon head

probably just summon a dragon head (or the full one) and then let it go away naturally.

I assume you started the ng+ and destroyed your eye and head stone.

I don't know if this'll work, but go back to ash lake, get another eye, get another stone, use it to gain the dragon head, and then go die. Hopefully that should fix it. also try doing it with the torso stone if that won't work.

Doesn't hurt to try, maybe something is wrong that may have caused your save file to be like that? validating may help it?

I've experienced something of similar sort in Skyrim, short story: it worked for me.
