If you don't need Slabs for any reason ever, the 2 Sword Black Knights in the Kiln
If you don't have access to that, or want a chance at slabs, Dark Wraiths

For white Chunks - Pinwheel Clones
For Red Chunks - Tentical things in Lost Izalyth, or the greatsword knight at Kiln
For Blue Cunks - Crystal Golems/Butterflies at Crystal Cave

The Royal Sentinals in Anal Rodeo drop them also. Drop chance is pretty high usually. You can make a run in about two minutes if you just want to kill them and immediately Homeward out.

If your item drop chances are good, then the darkwraiths can sometimes drop two of them instead of one. Gold serpent ring gives a bonus 200+ item discovery, that with about 10 humanity or so caps the discovery at 410.

Darkwraiths. If you know the shortcut and always send the elevator back it's pretty fast.

if you have trouble dealing with darkwraiths, try farming at kiln of the first flame. Much easier :D

No one should have any trouble with Darkwraiths. All you need is 100% shield and a weapon that does more than 500 damage on backstabs. Darkwraiths are one of the easiest enemies to backstab, farming chunks is probably the fastest in the game.

exactly
no reason to farm elsewhere (no chance to get slab in kiln)
there are 11 of them, buy homeward bones or get that miracle, 10 of them are very safely done, omit the 11th, it just takes time because of the need of dealing with ghosts
just backstab them (with a weapon capable of ohko), it saves time
one iteration of this run can be done in less than 5 minutes, maybe even less, and the drop rate is very high (assuming 410)

dont forget to use 4 kings shorcut in order to farm ( jump down right before the first stair case [after just entering the area])
