Hey, I've downloaded newest DSFix that is fine after Steam migration and DSfix for mouse and it's working, but I can't find the way to hide this cursor and it's driving me crazy.

If you guys DO praise the sun, then please help me...

I want to meet Solaire again after all these years, but I can't cause of this ****ing cursor :'(

It's in dsfix.ini.
SnarKs Dec 16, 2014 @ 11:05am
In DSFix ini -
# Window & Mouse Cursor Options
###############################################################################

# borderless fullscreen mode
# make sure to select windowed mode in the game settings for this to work!
# 0 = disable
# 1 = enable
borderlessFullscreen 0

# disable cursor at startup
# 0 = no change
# 1 = off at start
disableCursor 0

# capture cursor (do not allow it to leave the window)
# 0 = don't capture
# 1 = capture
# (this also works if the cursor is not visible)
captureCursor 0

Also F7 toggles the mouse, can be modified in DSFix Keys.

Install it. Also, I highly doubt your claim that you inexplicably have 60 fps.

it's enough to do only what SnarKs has posted, this things to "0"? Or I need to do something else for it to work?

Just change that one line, or hit F7.

F7 never worked for me. I'm reinstalling the game right now. Then I will put to DATA only this DSFix 2.3... I just hope it will work now.

I've done everything like they are telling to do in guides step by step and this is still not working.

I can see that DSfix IS working because game is becoming crazy after ulocking FPS, but I can still press F7 whole day with no effect. I was so hyped for this migration and I am so ****ing dissapointed right now. Looks like I'm just badlucky.

dsfixkeys.ini has this "toggleCursorVisibility VK_F7" by default, did you change it? or you could try binding some other keys for it and see if it works then

Good point, but it gave me nothing. Switched to VK_F11, then VK_F9 with no results. This time I didn't install this Fix for mouse though, but I doubt it will make any difference. Looks like I need to buy XBox pad to play this game... :bonehead:

no, that's too extreme

oh, using dsmfix? didn't it have issues with dsfix 2.3? well nvm, since it works, try disabling UI mouse in dsmfixgui.exe, with then trying to use f7, f9, whatever you have now, if the cursor appears in game and the dsmfix ui setting is disabled

I don't have this file: dsmfixgui.exe in my DATA. I just put there DSFix 2.3.

Hey, thanks for helping. I really appreciate this. You are my only hope now!

I did exactly what you told me here, with no effect. I have downloaded .9 version of Dark Souls Mouse Fix btw. Looks like there is no hope for me.

I've updated DSMFix with this unofficial patch: http://steamcommunity.com/app/211420/discussions/0/864979455329386779/

Still nothing.

Game is pretty smooth, but this ****ing cursor is killing me, I can't focus. Anyone have an idea how to solve it, please?

tried without having dsm files installed in DATA? don't see why dsfix key bindings or .ini settings about the cursor shouldn't work with standard procedure
