Can I get banned for useing cheat engine?

Will my XBox Account and PC get banned? I never even played it pas the first bos yet. Lel and never gone online.

You should try playing the game normally first to get the full experiance, other wise you'll be wasting that chance with cheat engine.

Dark Souls isn't VAC protected and there's no real built-in cheat protection either, so I highly doubt you would ever get banned for using a cheat engine with it. Cheating without having played through the game proper might spoil the fun a bit though.

I'm just suggesting that you should play the game normally so you'll have the full experiance of death and fun when playing the game before ruining the game by playing with cheat engine which will not get you banned in gfwl.

If microsoft checks and founds your account with cheats, you can be banned, and you won't be able to recover all of live data. Sorry for the bad english

I heard GFWL can ban you if you unlock the FPS but it never occured to me.

I cheated my souls up rather high with CE to buy a decent starting equipment set / skills to equip it.
No risk of banhammering for single player games.
