I need some advice regarding Logan and Griggs. Specifically, their spells.

According to the wiki, if I buy all of Griggs' spells, he poofs off to Sen's Fortress and goes hollow. But, it also says, once you place the lord Vessel, Logan poofs off to the Archives, and Griggs will sell a second copy of Soul Spear and Soulmass. If that's so, wil Griggs stay around to sell those, even if I buy all his spells now? Or should I leave him with one spell until Logan goes away, THEN buy them all up? Just curious. I'd really like more Soul Spear, even though I have no idea what it's like. xD

Griggs' fate depends on Logan's location. If Logan hasn't yet left for the Duke's Archives, Griggs won't get the fool idea to go chase after him (thus going hollow in Sen's). Note that if you're not playing a sorceror (or just didn't have INT high enough to buy from him), Logan won't actuallly leave Firelink Shrine until you go to the Archives yourself and see the events that unfold there.

I am a sorcerer. I'm currently hoofing it through Sen's Funhouse, and I just baught all of Logan's spells. Literally all of them. On Griggs, I've baught all but Magic Shield and his rings (Bloody damn expensive). If I'm hearing this right, once I place the Lord Vessel, Logan will ♥♥♥♥ off to the Archives, and Griggs will sell extra copies of Logan's unique spells, Soul Spear and Soulmass. Once I buy those spells, will Griggs ♥♥♥♥ off then? Or do I have to buy his rings, too?
