How to get this item? (Sen Fortress)

So there's this item in Sen's, right in the 1st "bridge", in the segment with 1 bouncing axe and the reptilian guy, to the right, there's one item(not on the top , at same level from bridge), but i have absolutely no idea how to get there nor where it connects to...
Already seen some videos of " Collecting all items in Sen's " but everyone seems not to see that 1 xD

I think its up a ladder from the very bottom of Sens down where the Titanite Demons are...Dont quote me on that though

You could be talking about a few things. If you're referring to the item that's higher up in a sealed room you need to send the boulders down the path opposite of Siegmeyer (down to by the mimic room) until they break through the wall at the end. There's another item lower than that which is obtained by falling from the top of the aforementioned boulder path onto the wooden platform with the serpent sorcerer. Once you have reached the platform walk through the small cell with the bent bars and fall down, your item is to the left.

Just checked it but nope, got pretty convinced since i never payed much attention to that area and actualy completly forgoten it.

I dont think is any of those... If the boulder thing you refered is for the Sepent Ring thats not the one. Im neither talking about that area with the wooden platform, althought there's some bars on the ground reveling other rooms, but i dont think you can go through them...

Is just at the end of the 1st segment at your right but you cant reach it, on the 2nd segment/bridge where the serpent caster is, seems very sugestive that you can jump to a sidewall above the item, and then dropdown to catch it, but would be really hard because of the wideness of the bridge...

For future refernce, if an item on a walkthrough is missed its because it is not worth the effort in getting it ;)
Theres only a few items I miss in DkS1 compared to 90% of the items in DkS2 I ignore :/

I meant videos exclusevely showing how and where to loot everything at x area

Serpent ring though is a must for farming,that 410 item discovery. :3 I always grab it when im in the area.
