It's basically the same, but your damage is less magic and more physical. It is usefull if you have a high int build but your enemies have high magic defense (like the crystal golems i think). Enchanted gets you int scaling onto your weapon but does not reduce the physical damage as much.

Enchanted scales better with INT and worse with STR/DEX than Magic.

Basically, if you have high INT and low STR/DEX, it's better to go with Enchanted.
If you have similar INT, STR and DEX, it's better to go with Magic.

Thanks for making it clear for me. Is enchanted weapon worth trying on int build or +15 with augmentation will give more damage?

what are your stats?

24str, 13dex and 20int. I'm going to increase int up to 40
Magic and enchanted paths both gather damage bonus with int but with a small difference. Magic weapons have higher base damage and less stat bonus compared to enchanted.
Also most originally dex weapons are better with enchanted path when pure str weapons especially when you have low int better with magic. Use this calculator to be sure which path you should choose for certain weapon and certain stats: http://mugenmonkey.com/darksouls/
