Help with Priscilla's dagger!

Good day! After some miserable moments while trying to cut off the tail of Crossbreed Priscilla during the whole NG, NG+ and NG++, I have asured myself in comlete and utter impossibility of this simple task :( My main problem is that she is COMPLETELY invisible, not staggerable even by great clubs, firestorms, great dragonslayer's bows or throwing knives, no matter how many strikes in quick succession I made. On the other hand, the task of cutting her tail with the first blow during her inactivity is no way too, I have tried great club +15 with 1800 dmg each blow but her tail seems uncuttable...
Can someone trade Priscilla's dagger with me for something in return or otherwise help me with some knoledge of how to cut her ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tail? >_< My SL is 130.

I think I used either great combustion or black flame with +5 ascended pyromancy glove, crown of dusk and bellowing dragoncrest ring. One hit with that took out I think more than a quarter of her health, but you have to make sure to get her close to the tip of the tail, not the base.

Lol same here, I have tried r2 using two handed great club+15 with fire/light resin and power within and it removes around half of her HP, but doesnt cut her tail off.

in NG i've did it with a single soul spear, landig aprox 700 dmg to the tail, but i do not know the requirements to cut it at ng+ and over

I got it on NG with Quelaag furysword +4. Like four or five hits made her visible, running attack for cutting tail. Aimed closer to the tip,

So, the fury sword or other fire weapon makes her visible again? Am i getting this right?

I think she becomes visible after sustaining large amounts of damage, like a stagger in O&S battle.

she has a tricky hitbox on her tail.
When you get the free hit at the beginning of the fight, aim for the tip.
stand some steps behind her and do a two-handed attack that misses her tail-tip, make a small step forward and repeat...you have to aim for the really end of her tail!
if you fail you can always use a homeward bone and try again

Throwing knives will stagger her. It's not about how fast you hit her with them, just how many times. Other techniques are to use poison mist or an unupgraded weapon to make her visible.

Thanks for replies! I have already tried throwing knives alot, she was still invisible after 20 hits with those, same for weapons with fire damage (fire zweihander +10). Well, I even tried both chaos and great fireballs to stagger her, brought nothing in the end. While watching youtube videos with some guys get her out of invisibility just by two swings with with drake sword or something like that I got pretty frustrated... The only solution I see is trying to cut her tail in one hit which I'll definitely try on NG+++.

She became visible after being stunned (throwed knives are good for this) or after taking mor or less 20% of her max hp in damage (both worked for me in NG and NG+)
Longswords/greatswords have vertically attacks that are good to cut her tail
Due to her little amount of liffe, I prefer to use low damage weapons to be sure to not kill her too fast, it takes more time but if you are good in dodging, it helps to cut her tail
Finally, as some said above, use the first free hit to attack her tail

Did it pretty early in my first playthrough, just after I arrived in anor londo. 2 handed the drakesword and went for the tail and managed to cut it off before she became hostile/invinsible

I got her tail with an +10 Claymore 2H Jump Attack on NG.
First hit before she went hostile.

You are probably attacking the wrong spot on the hitbox.
