I have an uchigatana at +5 upgrade help plz
how do i upgrade it more i want to ascend it into chaos blade

what if i gave it to the blacksmith before sen's fortress?

You can only give that one,any divine ones, and the one in new londo to the parish smith. Fire and chaos fire go to the secret blacksmith in the catacombs. Magic and enhanted embers go to Rick in new londo.

Logan's advice is wrong I'm afraid.

To turn your weapon into a chaosblade, you need to upgrade it to +5, then modify it to a fire weapon at Vamos the skeleton blacksmit at the bottom of the Catacombs. Then you need to kill Ceaseless discharge and get the chaos ember guarded by a whole bunch of Taurus demons in Demon Ruins.

Use the wikis to find out where you find the required upgrade materials.

And you can't get the chaos emerald...uhh I mean ember until you can run through several feet of liquid hot magma without a certain ring you only get later in the game. That stuff drains like 500 health a second without fire-proof armor, and you'll still need a lot of health and maybe flash sweat to get there.

It's possibly to get it with high enough vitality and maybe with the ninjaflip ring, but you'll die for sure.

Yup I've done it before. It's one of those things. Like the avelyn crossbow. Hay! At least you don't gotta successfully do it twice! heheh....god I hate Seath...

Are you talking about a chaos uchigatana or the chaos blade? You make the chaos blade with a +10 katana and soul of Quelaag at the giant blacksmith. A chaos Uchi would be through the fire/chaos path using the smith in the catacombs.

Agreed, my first run, I just simply rolled over the lava, and probably got lucky... I did die after I picked it up, but - hey - YOLO!
