gold-hemmed armor reinforce? movement speed

Hi! Is there a way to upgrade the gold-hemmed armor set?
think it looks totally super awesome and would like some stats on it. and another question does my movement speed increase when i rais my endurance or is there another way?

You can't reinforce it, nope.

Endurance determines equip load. Movement speed is highest when your carried items are <25% equip load.

The Gold-Hemmed set can't be upgraded. You can get a faster roll if you spend points into endurance, but how many points it will take depends on what gear your wearing. 0-24% of max equip load = fast roll, 25-49% = medium roll, 50-99% = slow roll. You can also wear Havels Ring or Ring of Favor and Protection to increase your max equip load. Here you can plan your character and see how many points you will have to put into endurance
