Somehow revive NPC in the saves?
Accidentally killed the Giant Blacksmith, because those before him Creatures followed me and I hit him accidentally... ;(
Is it possible to somehow revive him by going into the save and set the "GiantBlacksmith.alive=0" back to 1 ? :)

I googled it but found nothing.
It seems with the Save-Editor you can just "create" new Savegames. But cheating is not want I to do. Just my old Save with the Giant Blacksmith back alive.

do you have dsfix with backups enabled ? That could save you

Other than using a backup I don't know of a way of bringing npc's back from the dead. For future reference if you aggro an npc you can make them neutral again by going to Oswald in the undead parish.

I dont know if i had it enabled before GFWL had problems with DSfix.
I had to put the Basic Text file in the the Gamefolder in order to make it work again.
(actually i just had to set the fps back to 30)

I think, i one hitted him, so i couldnt just "undo my sins". It´s been a while since i killed him:)

So its not possible to open up the save (like the DSfix-text file) and just revive him like i described? If not, thank u anyway! ;)

Use Cheat Engine:
Start new game, deactivate all the bosses you have killed, unlock any bonfire locations, give yourself all the main items you had in your original game etc. Job done.

Literally takes 5mins.
