Why was Tiny Being's Ring glitch not fixed?

I was one of the victims of misleading description.
Lots of thing were patched, but not this, why is that?
I always found Dark Souls to be hard but not brutal, to be punishing but not unfair, but that's just wrong...
You can imagine my dissappointment when I equipped it.

Because lazyness. It kinda suits Dark Souls. It teaches you not to trust anything.

yes, but there's a different one somewhere, i think when you create a new character and you choose your gift
